Tixel
Tixel is an innovative heat-based device that utilises controlled thermal energy delivered through a stamping motion to rejuvenate the skin effectively. This advanced solution is particularly beneficial for treating sensitive facial areas, including sagging and wrinkling around the periorbital region, eyelids, neck, and décolleté. Suitable for various age groups and skin types, Tixel can be performed year-round with minimal downtime, making it a versatile option for many patients.
Patients often report high satisfaction levels following Tixel treatments, experiencing significant improvements in skin texture and complexion, a more youthful appearance, and a reduction in wrinkles and superficial pigmentation. A typical treatment plan involves 3 to 4 sessions, spaced about 4 - 6 weeks apart.
Tixel treatment can be enhanced by combining it with Exosome or PRP treatments leading to more remarkable results.
Employing thermo-mechanical action for fractional skin rejuvenation, Tixel combines safety and efficacy in addressing various skin concerns. The process involves a specialised hand piece with a sterile titanium tip heated to 400 degrees Celsius, which creates micro-channels in the skin to boost collagen synthesis and improve the absorption of topical skincare products. This makes Tixel a revolutionary choice for those seeking effective skin revitalisation without the risks associated with traditional ablative lasers and deep chemical peels.
Treatable areas
Tixel treatment is versatile and can be used on various areas of the body to address different skin concerns. Some of the treatable areas include:
1. Face: Tixel is commonly used for facial rejuvenation, improving skin texture, reducing wrinkles, and addressing fine lines. It also helps minimise pores, giving the skin a smoother appearance. Additionally, it can treat uneven pigmentation, melasma, and age spots, resulting in a brighter complexion.
2. Neck: It can help tighten loose skin around the neck, creating a lift and improving jawline definition, while also enhancing overall skin texture. Tixel can also be beneficial for reducing the appearance of jowls.
3. Décolletage: Tixel is effective for rejuvenating the chest area, minimising sun damage, and improving skin tone.
4. Backs of hands: Tixel can treat age spots, wrinkles, and overall skin quality on the hands.
5. Around the Eyes: It can be used to reduce fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes and help create a subtle eye lift, enhancing the overall appearance of the eye area. Tixel can also be applied to the eyelids to improve skin texture, tighten and reduce signs of aging.
6. Body: Tixel can also be applied to various body areas to address skin laxity, scarring, and overall texture improvement.
This versatility makes Tixel a popular choice for individuals looking to enhance their skin’s appearance in multiple areas.

- Redness that may range from mild to moderate, usually settling by day 3.
- Mild swelling that typically resolves within 1-3 days.
- Tiny dot patterns may appear on the treated skin.
- A dry, sandpaper-like texture as the skin heals.
